Hello valued Patreon donors, please use this form to let me know which artistic nude photos to send to you as thanks for being a $25 or higher tier donor!

Please note that it is VERY IMPORTANT you use the same email on this form that you have attached to your Patreon account. That’s the only way I can verify that you have actually paid $25 at least once. If you use a different email, then your submission will be ignored and you won’t receive any pictures!

Here’s How This Page Works

  • Fill out the form below to select which images you want me to send. You can fill the form out multiple times if I owe you more than 5 prints, and the prints will be sent in the order that you submit them. If you submit more picture choices than you are owed, those additional choices will be kept in reserve for the next time you donate that tier or higher (for instance if you submit 5 choices but I owe you 3, the first 3 you select will be sent, then the other two if and when you successfully donate that tier)
  • Once you fill out the form and I am able to correlate the email you used with your form submission with the email you use as a Patreon donor, I will DM you a link to download your photos from within Patreon. This link will be good for only two weeks, so please make sure you download the photos and let me know you did so within those two weeks!
  • YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL IN FILLING OUT THIS FORM AS YOU HAVE ATTACHED TO YOUR PATREON DONATION ACCOUNT. Otherwise I can’t verify that you actually paid so that I know I owe you pictures!

This should go without saying, but sharing these photos with others, to social media, etc is NOT ALLOWED. They are copyrighted to me, and are being provided ONLY as a reward to $25-or-higher Patreon donors as a thanks for your financial contribution to my fight for an end to gender-based censorship. IF PEOPLE SHARE THESE IMAGES, THEN I WILL REMOVE THIS DONATION TIER FROM PATREON. So if you do share them, then I’m going to stop providing photos!

Use this form to select your desired picture:

  • make sure to use the same email that you have attached to your Patreon account so that I can verify you’ve paid $25 to be sent these photos. If you use a different email, then I can’t verify it, and no photos will be sent!
  • pictures will be sent in order of tier selected, ie the option you send for “first pic” will be emailed to you before your “second pic” and so on
  • if you are owed multiple pictures, you can fill this form out multiple times, and your queue will be sent in the order that you have filled it out

Please double-check that you have your email exactly right, or I won’t be able to send you the print(s)!
For every completed payment to a reward tier that includes one or more digital photos to be sent to you, you must make the appropriate number of photo selections so that I know which photos to send. If you wish to wait until future photoshoots are available, simply wait to fill out this form until those photos are available, then fill it out at that time (i.e. if you pay for July but want to wait until photoshoot images become available in September to redeem your photo rewards, wait until September to fill out this form). PLEASE NOTE that if you select more than the number of owed photos in this selection screen, then you will be sent the first photos you select until the number of owed photos is reached (i.e. if I owe you five photos and you select ten photos, then I will only send you the first five photos you select). To select different photos after future patreon payments, please re-send this form so that I have a more updated count on what photos you wish to be sent.
